Arctura is made by Robbie Hyatt. This page explains what we collect and why. We never sell your information.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the beta list. We use it to send a confirmation and, later, your beta invite. Nothing else.
- How the site is used, through Google Analytics: pages visited, time on the site, the kind of device and browser, and roughly where visitors are. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this, and only if you accept them. We use it only to understand what works on the site.
Who else sees it
Signups are kept in our Google account. Google Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s privacy policy. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use Google’s opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years. They are set only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Reject, none are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months. To change it, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page; choosing Reject deletes the Analytics cookies.
In the Arctura app
When Arctura is available, your projects stay on your Mac. To do the work, Arctura sends your request and the files involved to OpenAI and Anthropic, whose models build and check it, under their own privacy policies. We will publish the full details before the beta opens.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: reply to any email from us, or write to robbie@robbiehyatt.com. Arctura is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects how we use an email address you already gave us, we will tell you by email first.
